©2013 UpToDate ® Print Email Angiographic variables associated with reocclusion The TIMI 4 trial performed angiography 90 minutes after successful thrombolysis and found that factors associated with a higher rate of infarct-related coronary artery reocclusion were lesion ulceration (p = 0.009), presence of collateral (p = 0.03), lesion eccentricity (p = 0.06), and lesions with thrombus (p = 0.06).
