The patient responded to gabapentin, early motion, tactile stimulation, and lumbar sympathetic nerve block. This photo (taken four days after a lumbar sympathetic nerve block and five days after the photo "Ankle fracture complicated by complex regional pain syndrome") shows improvement in the swelling and skin changes.
