©2013 UpToDate ® Print Email Anterior acetabular wall fracture (A) On the anteroposterior (AP) view, the disruption of the iliopectineal line is seen in two locations. (B) The obturator oblique view confirms this disruption, but shows that the femoral head remains congruent against the anterior wall. (C) The iliac oblique view shows that the posterior border of the acetabulum is intact, and that the ilioischial line disruption seen on the AP view is due to a fragment from the quadrilateral surface.
