The right internal iliac artery has been embolized (B) with coils. A right-to-left femoral-femoral bypass (C) perfuses the left lower extremity and an Excluder limb is used to create a left external-to-internal iliac artery bypass (D) providing retrograde perfusion into the left internal iliac artery.
