©2013 UpToDate ® Print Email Aspirin is beneficial in unstable angina Occurrence of cardiac death or nonfatal MI in 555 patients with unstable angina treated with aspirin (325 mg/day, alone or with sulfinpyrazone) or no aspirin (sulfinpyrazone alone or placebo).
