As it reaches the region of the cecum it is obstructed manifesting with beak shaped morphology (arrow) with no contrast entering the air filled and distended cecum (between arrowheads). In B, the site of the volvulus is again noted (arrow). These findings confirm the diagnosis of a cecal volvulus.
