©2013 UpToDate ® Print Email Evolving anterior myocardial infarction Electrocardiogram shows findings typical of an evolving ST-elevation/Q-wave anterior MI: loss of R waves in leads V1 to V3, ST segment elevations in V2 to V4, and T wave inversions in leads I, aVL, and V2 to V5.
