Routine screening mammography revealed left breast asymmetry shown by the arrow (A). No abnormality was seen in the right breast. Breast MRI showed a contralateral enhancing mass (arrow) (B). Targeted ultrasound revealed an echogenic, heterogeneous mass (outlined by the calipers) which was biopsied and showed invasive ductal carcinoma on pathology (C).
