(B) The fluid can be seen extending from the gallbladder fossa into the liver parenchyma (yellow arrowhead). (C) Percutaneous aspiration of pus confirmed the presence of an abscess and a drain was placed (yellow arrow). Following drainage of the abscess, a small amount of contrast was injected into the decompressed cavity.
